- Real Estate Sale When a client sells a property with one of our real estate agents, they pay a standard real estate commission to the US Capital Homes buying agent and selling agent at the closing of each real estate transaction.
- Private money loan We originate unconventional financing for non-owner-occupied properties that need long or short-term financing from 1 to 30 years, short-term fix-up and refinance financing, or remodel-and-refinance fix-up financing.

Who screens investment properties at uscapitalhomes and how are they pre-screened?
Protecting our investors is protecting our reputation. Properties listed on our website undergo a two-step verification process.
The first step is for our local real estate agent to upload the property that they feel would be a good investment for the right buyer. The property is then placed in a pending review state where Step Two occurs.
The second step is to have a Property Analyst at the US Capital Homes corporate office verify all information that cannot be automated, such as market rent, insurance, property taxes, HOA dues, property details, class of property etc the information is accurate, the property moves to an Available state, and becomes visible to the world.
