The first step is for our local real estate agent to upload the property that they feel would be a good investment for the right buyer. The property is then placed in a pending review state where Step Two occurs. The second step is to have a Property Analyst at the US Capital Homes corporate office verify all information that cannot be automated, such as market rent, insurance, property taxes, HOA dues, property details, class of property etc the information is accurate, the property moves to an Available state, and becomes visible to the world. Our primary goal is for each US Capital Homes client to purchase a property that meets their specific and unique needs.
